When you are inART365 GalleryWhen purchasing artwork, we are committed to offering a limited edition of the artist's actual creation, made under the artist's personal supervision. We understand the uniqueness of a work of art, including the fact that every stroke or engraving bears the mark of the artist's personal style and creation. To this end, we offer a range of guarantees and services to ensure your satisfaction and the authenticity of your artwork.
Reminder! Please note that we will not be able to process your return under the following circumstances to avoid affecting your right of return.
- The product has exceeded the return and exchange period of seven days of appreciation period
- No original carton or free gift included.
- Malicious or Bulk Returns (more than three returns per person per year is considered a malicious return, and more than five items per return is considered a bulk return)
- We do not accept online returns or refunds for items purchased at the gallery.
- If the product is dented or dirty after being returned by the consumer, it will not be accepted (if the product is damaged from the factory, it will not be included in this scope).
I. 7-Day Appreciation Period
ART365 GalleryRespecting and protecting the rights of the consumer, according to the Consumer Protection Law, you will be entitled to a seven-day appreciation period from the date of delivery of the work. During this period, if you are unsatisfied with the work you have purchased and have any questions orThe products that do not conform to the contents of the order, are of defective quality, or are damaged in transit (collectively referred to as defective products).Returns can be requested with the artwork and packaging in their original condition.If this period is exceeded, it will be considered as the completion of acceptance and cannot be returned.Please note that a viewing period is not the same as a trial period, and the work and its packaging must remain intact.
II. Return Procedures
Work Check:Please make an unboxing video or take photos of the artwork as soon as you receive it to verify that the condition of the artwork is as described at the time of purchase.
Contact Customer Service:If you need to return an item, please contact customer service through the information on the official website within seven days of receiving the work and apply for a return, and contact customer service to arrange a pick-up time.
Packaging:Pack the artwork, along with the original packaging materials and accompanying warranty, etc., in a proper manner for return. If the artwork or packaging is damaged due to improper packaging, a restoration fee may be charged.
III. Special terms
Customized work:Customized artwork is not eligible for the 7-day return policy.
Overseas orders:Return requests will not be accepted.
IV. Refund Processing
Upon receipt and confirmation that the returned artwork is undamaged, ART365 Fine Art will refund your original method of payment. Please note that the actual time it takes for the refund to be processed will depend on your bank's refund schedule, which is usually two weeks. Returns for personal reasons, such as purchasing the wrong item, will be subject to shipping costs.
V. OTHER MATTERS
- Due to the special nature of artwork, we are unable to return items that have been opened and damaged. Therefore, if you wish to return an item that is in good condition, the item must be in new condition, including the main item and related accessories.ART365 GalleryYou have the right to refuse to accept returns or exchanges.
- If there are too many returns due to personal reasons (more than three times per year/one order is considered one time), we will decide whether to suspend shipment depending on the situation, so please forgive us.
- If the product is found to be free of defects after inspection and testing, the consumer must pay all costs incurred.
